Nope, but I will occasionally get one of my old ballgowns out and get done up to do housework. FH finds it hysterical to come home and I am in full attire vacuuming (I told him to plan for this also with the wedding dress after the wedding).
I hate 95% of all pictures taken of me, so I don't ususally take pictures of myself! But I do like to get dressed up, do my hair and makeup, and smile at myself in the mirror for a few minutes! Lol
ahaha that is awesome!
I am pretty much the same way, most of the pictures taken of me make me feel "unnnnngh" (haha for lack of a better adjective), but I find that getting comfortable with the camera helps me get comfortable with myself (to some extent), plus I always delete the bad ones lol!

...take flattering pictures of yourself as a self esteem boost?
Why or why not?
I have my up and down days, just like everyone else, and even though it may seem a little immature or suitable for "myspace" some days I like to get "dressed up" (do my hair & makeup etc) & take a few pictures to show myself how good I can look.
I don't go out a lot anymore (being a parent and having a spouse with a crazy busy schedule & whatnot), so I don't have as much of an opportunity to do this "normally" (i.e.: a date night etc), and it is a nice change from my hanging around the house attire.
eta: I also think it makes good practice getting comfortable with oneself/being in front of the camera prior to the real deal of wedding or e-pics (not to mention boudiors!)
