wake up in a bad mood for no apparent reason.
I feel like im pissed at something but i dont know what. i keep snapping and making sarcastic comments when Fiance talks to me!
We are going to a fancy dress party tonight and i really CBA to go now because i know i will be moody.
I need to snap out of it but have no idea why i feel like this today

I know I get crabby like that when I *need* coffee or am hungry. Especially when I’ hungry! Maybe you need a good breakfast, preferably something with chocolate on it (like chocolate chip pancakes)!
Otherwise just go get your absolute favorite thing for lunch and try to have a good day so you can fix your mood for tonight. Good luck!

@ChocolateLime: I do, more often than I care to admit! Usually, all I need is a big hug from SO, sometimes I need to stay away from humans, and work through it. And other times, I need to introspect and find out what annoyed me, and then it passes…

i feel abit better now my Fiance went out and got me fish and chips for lunch. and i had cuddles with the cat 🙂
