Do you have feathers? It’s probably not so different from making a floral bouquet – start with the middle and arrange your way out/around, wrapping as you go.

It’s a beautiful bouquet, and it looks like she (the etsy seller) can do custom orders; if you’re not confident in your DIY skills, maybe she can work with you in your price range?

Grab one of those bouquet holders from Michaels or save on crafts.com and insert a foam ball or the floral green balls.  You should be able to stick feathers into that which should get full enough to hide the ball.  I looked all around and couldn’t find any step by steps.  I’m running into the same problem trying to make my fabric bouquet.

It is made with Ostrich feathers, and they usually run anywhere from 2-3 dollars apiece. This looks like quite a few involved. You might want to stick some into a foam ball and then wrap some up and around the base. Then cover the stems with ribbons. Good luck!
