Hey guys I’m looking for a vintage theme centerpiece. That is inexpensive. I’ve seen these ones with feather and love them. I live in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Does anyone know of anywhere local to buy supplies to make them or any where online? Does any one know how to make them?  If you have done these do you know how much they might run?

I know you can get the feathers at save-on-crafts.com.  It almost looks like these are vases wrapped in ribbon or something.

You can google ostrich feathers wholesale and find places that will sell them to you in bulk. They're still relatively expensive, though, especially if you want the big ones! They're gorgeous and super dramatic looking, but you're probably going to pay 75$ a pop. The feathers, unfortunately, are super expensive.

Okay, I totally lied. They're going to be way more expensive... http://www.eventswholesale.com/-strse-648/28%22-Ostrich-Feather-Centerpieces/Detail.bok

    Or not so much...

I have seen alot of people selling this type of decor after their weddings on Craigslist and wedding boards on other sites.  I would check there for used ones before buying anything new.  Good luck!

I second Rachel - I've seen a few listing on craigslist for people selling their set ups.  Keep your eyes peeled!

I think Hostess with the Mostest did a brightly colored shower with something similar?  You might check her blog as well.
