I would definitely include the return address somewhere. Otherwise USPS has no way or returning any undeliverable STD's and you won't know who didn't receive one.
Yeah I have a feeling having our return address on there is a good idea. I just have no clue on how to do it where it wont look bad or have the envelope look crowded.
Hmmm...is it possible to put it on the top of the label above your photo, just the LastName, PO/Address, and the City/state/Zip in a one-liner? Maybe in a bold font in white just layed over that brown top trim area? I love the photo on the label, but I agree, a return address is necessary.
@NDBee: No I already tried it. I did look for clear return address labels though. I think this is the most promising idea.
I could get the same design on our return address labels like our wrap around labels, but too much picture and too much design on the envelop would be over the top.
I'd definitely include a return address... that way you'll know if someone's doesn't make it to their house b/c of a wrong address or something (and you won't have to worry about that with the real invitations). But... those labels are so cute... and I don't know where you'd put the return address! Maybe buy one of those cute stamps and do it in the top center on the back?
I actually put each person's name on the STD & addy, not our name. That way I didn't have to deal with numbering the cards!!! LOL I figure if they get bounced back, then they should call us & let us know! I used the white brackety kind. :)
I would definitely include a return address. A couple of our STDs got sent back, and it was good to know that we needed to update the addresses before sending the invites out.
Like @bluebonnet suggested, I'd do on the back in the top center. You can buy custom stamps from VistaPrint for about $25, or do the clear sticker route.
I'd include the address in case things get lost in the mail. We bought a customized stamp on Etsy (we used Notetrunk) for $30 and it's supposed to be good for up to 10,000 stamps or something ridiculous. I just stamped all my envelopes on the back flap the other night and it took no time at all, so that's always an option! I figure we can always use these for the invites too, so it'll be conveient. And I think it's super cute :)

If you need to make it smaller you can take out your name. We just had out address, city and postal code and it was fine. We got some sent back and they made it.
We went the Etsy return address stamp as well for our envelopes. I found a really cute one that has our address but not our names so we can still use it post-wedding.
I would keep the picture on your label for sure. And just a heads up we sent our STD postcards out sans return address. All of them made it except one and a friend of ours asked if she was invited. haha. Just doublecheck the addresses and you'll be fine!
For my at-home business, I ship quite a bit with the USPS. They actually require a return address & always check for that when I'm dropping off mail. I believe they reserve the right to refuse to deliver it, if it's not included. So, better safe than sorry & include a return address. =)
@Nicoley1985: That stamp looks great! I am looking for something similar - I will try your etsy seller!

Bees Im looking at the wrap around labels.
My only problem is our picture will be on it, not our return address. Is that bad for a STD??? Should I look for a wrap around label with our return address instead of a picture of us?? Or would you keep the picture wrap around and put your return address somewhere else?? If so, where would you put your return address label? Thanks for your help bees! I am so stuck here!
The only option Im seeing now is using clear ones like the ones below.
