Hey Bees – what do you think? On 12/9/10 I bought 64 black napkins and shipping for a total of $85.00 thru PayPal. I have not received them yet. At first she didn’t answer me when I paid for them, when I sent her a e-mail asking if they had been sent, she said yes, still no napkins, I sent another e-mail asking her for the tracking number and how she sent them. She said I should get them by next Friday – which would be on 12/24/10, still nothing, 1/2/11 sent her another e-mail asking for the tracking number and saying it had been 10 days past the time she said I would get it and still haven’t received it and got a message back from her today saying she called the post office and they haven’t gotten it back, and she will call them tomorrow…..still no tracking number. I’ve been home every day since Christmas recuping from knee surgery, so I know it wasn’t delivered. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Thanks

File a complaint with PayPal before your time to do so runs out.

It has been way too long for them to have not shown up. I would see if you could file a dispute with PayPal for items not received. Your time is running out, so I would do it as soon as possible.

You can file a complaint with Paypal within 45 days. Don’t wait any longer.

File a complaint! You may only have 30 days to do so, so make sure you file it in the next few days!

I do think you should file a complaint, but I know I ordered something on Dec 6th for christmas, and it finally showed up yesterday! I was about to file a complaint and then there it was. The guy had forgotten to write down a tracking number so I never got one either. The holidays do cause shipping delays, it possible it could show up any day. But her lack of communication is really what’s disturbing.
