A sign is probably prudent. While candy buffets/sweets tables are all the rage (who could resist - so much deliciousness...), unless they've been to a wedding with one or blogstalk wedding trends, it may not be evident to your guests what to do, especially if the sweets constitute your favor and not just sume yummy late night snacks.

I've never seen a candy buffet in action at any of our family weddings (or friends' weddings for that matter). I was going to make a framed sign for it ... do we need this?
If so, what should it say? I am not keen on that "remember, love is sweet" saying everyone uses. I don't know why, but it makes me cringe.
So I am looking for other suggestions (if you think it's necessary). Also, my fiance is Italian so there will be Italian cookies on the table ... I guess it's more than a candy buffet -- it's a sweets table.
