@noritake22: thank you! As a slightly creepy side note, I always value/look forward to your opinions on threads. I feel like your posts are always well though-out and honest.
Those are great shoes! I think they'd look great with your dress!!
Very glamorous! I think they're perfect!
I agree that they'll look awesome together!
@lilyfaith: lol, not creepy at all. I am flattered that you value my opinion :-)
@kirabee: I bought hers when she decided to sell it. :)
Thanks for the input everyone, I really appreciate it!
@lilyfaith: Lucky!! It's beautiful!! Her wedding is totally one of my faves on the blogs.
I think they work perfetly together! Those are hot shoes!
i think the shoes go perfectly!!! :)
Check out norakaren's Etsy shop. She handpaints dyeables and I'm obsessed. The only catch is water will damage them, and I kind of want to be able to wear my wedding shoes after the wedding.
Here are some other Etsy options:
Loveanchi. I don't like what she has displayed but she does custom requests.
ScholarlyArticles and others have vintage hand-paintd shoes.
I am going to buy a pair of blue flats and paint a yellow sunshine on the heel :)
that's a really pretty shoe! i think it will go well with your dress!
Love them!! I wanted to wear black shoes as well, but mother of crebre struck down the idea instantly lol!!!! I think they would be sooooo fun in the pictures too!!
@crebre80: that's sad! Did you find an equally amazing pair of shoes?
that dress is to die for and i am in love with those shoes! where did you find them?
I actually think those shoes will be perfect. I wanted to wear black shoes too, but couldn't find any low enough to wear with my custom length dress. Those are fantastic!
I think your dress is equal parts romantic and sophisticated, so those "classier" shoes will look lovely with it.
ETA: Don't leave those shoes unguarded as I cannot be held responsible if they disappear.
@totheislnds: they're Louboutins, so will be a super splurge! I have quite awhile to save, though.
@helenberrycrunch: LOL I like your style! :)
That combo looks good to me, especially if you have black stuff elsewhere in your decor.

Because I like to procrastinate by thinking about shoes...
our whole wedding will be kind of a mix of urban and rustic. My dress is a very floaty, romantic tulle, and I'd like my shoes to be a little more dramatic while still going. I like these together, but are they too different?
