hahah! I have that!! I got it cause it was cheaper than buying 2 egg frying pans! Sadly to say I haven't used it to make frittatas before but I cook everything in them! They're really good at being non stick; before I make eggs in them, I wipe them with a oil soaked paper towel.
I make fritattas all the time: just in a pyrex (whatever size makes sense for the number of people)....I don't even cover, but you could cover with tin foil.

We are cooking more and more and I've seen some yummy looking firttata recipes that look like they'd be fun to make.
I've never owned or used a frittata pan (the ones that look like two pans put together) - and I'm wondering if they are worth the investment....
Thoughts?
