I did WW for eight months and lost 43 lbs. At first I didnt use my weeklies, but the weight wasnt coming off very easily. I took someones advice and started eating them and the weight started to come off much more easily. I would suggest eating them... Plus, they help you indulge a little so that you wont binge on something later on. Just my opinion but good luck!
I usually do, but that's because I usually go over a couple points (depending on the week, or day more than a couple). I just take it off of there.
I'm not doing WW now, but when I did do it, I usually saved them up for a "splurge" on weigh in day.
It's my first week on WW - I had a birthday party the next day and used most of my points then. I haven't lost any weight thus far, but I haven't gained any more, and considering that I'm on the Depo birthcontrol shot, I'm calling that a success. Next week, I'm adding in more exercise!
