1.  How many other weddings have you coordinated?  Could I have the name of one of your past clients?

2.  What the largest wedding you’ve ever worked on?

3.  Have you ever worked with my venue/caterer/florist/photographer before?

4.  May I review a schedule of fees and a sample contract?

5.  Did you have prior event management experience before starting your DOC business?

6.  How do you see your role in the overall process of planning my wedding?

7.  How often do you/can you communicate with me (either by phone or e-mail) in the months and then weeks prior to the wedding?

8.  Are you able to and will you bring in additional staff if necessary?

9.  Here’s something I’m worried about WRT my schedule/relatives/etc.  How would you address the problem?

10.  What level of involvement do you expect from me?
