I would go talk to the doctor… at the very least get your dh an SA. if the results come back good try a couple more months, if not then you’ve started the process already and you know. Good luck!

If yu’re 9DPO I’d wait until after this cycle.

We had to go the Clomid route after TTC for so long, we got our BFP on the 12th cycle. Having said that though, we never could get pregnant on our own. Because you did, sorry for your loss, I would wait another cycle or two and then see your doc if you don’t get your sticky baby 🙂 Best of luck to you!

This happened to me and they didn’t count the months tried before my ectopic.  So I think they would expect you to count 3-4 months after your miscarriage.  It sucks, but technically you did fall pregnant so most likely are able to get pregnant again with no issue.  It’s just a matter of patience, which trust me…I know is so hard to have at a time like this.

@Glasgowbound:  good call, I didn’t think about that… they might want you to wait a few more months.  Good luck, fx this is the cycle and you don’t have to think about it again!

So sorry to hear about your MC. I’m curious before I give my opinion, if you are charting and temping and actually KNOW if you are absolutely ovulating every month?

@Glasgowbound:  OK well that’s good! I was going to say go in if you know you’re ovulating and if not, then start temping and charting and make sure you’re hitting it (figured you were). But after thinking more I agree with PP’s that since you’ve gotten PG once, I’d restart the cycle and wait until January

We are almost exactly the same age!  I am turning 39 on Nov. 14th.  This will be our first month “officially” trying.  I will be watching for your updates.  Sending good baby vibes your way 🙂

@Glasgowbound:  Call the doc. If you were <35, I’d say wait. But since you are older, you have to be more agressive–I wish I had been at the beginning (I’m now 43 and have been TTC for 3 years). See if the doc will put you on Clomid or Femera.
