My hormones have been out of whack for too long.. and unfortunately every time I see a doctor the suggestion is to go on birth control. Which I’ve never been willing to do (for other reasons).
So ruling that option out, I’d like to better control my diet and lifestyle. But the thing is, I’m having a hard time pin-pointing the imbalance that I truly feel that I have. (without sounding like a Hypochondriac)
Below are my symptoms:
EASILY fatigued by noon, clouded thinking, poor skin, mood swings, pms, anxiety, thinning hair, heavy periods.
I’m not overweight, I’ve never missed a period, I ovulate every month.
I did have bloodwork done around day 14 of my cycle, but the doctor said everything was normal. Below are the results:
Estrogen: 68 pg/ml
Estradiol: 67 pg/ml
Follicle Stimulating Hormone: 5.2
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE: L 0.61 IU/ml
Is this ‘normal’ — if so, why do I feel so out of whack!? Low estrogen, estrogence dominance… all of this is messing with my head! I’d like to get my health in order before TTC soon.
ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated, thanks bees!
