That’s so cool! Glad you get to join him finally!

We are big Steelers fans in our house, but we’ve never been to a game. I’ve felt out FI about it because I think it’d be a great gift to get him tickets for just one home game and take a roadtrip (we have friends in Pittsburgh and are “only” about 4ish hrs away), but he doesn’t seem too interested surprisingly. He says you can see the plays better on TV, and that’s what matters most to him, not the experience. Maybe I’ll go with FSIL someday — she might be a bigger fan than he is! lol I would personally love to see them play against Philly because we live just in between enough to have a fierce divide locally in the fan base.

OH I WISH!!! my fi is a HUGE packer fan. He is on the list for season tickets… he is at 60,000 i think lol.  I bet when we will have kids they will come home in a packer jersey. He has made me become a packer fan myself. Funny thing is, I’m from MN and my dad is a HUGE viking fan. So much so that he told me that if the vikings didn’t make the super bowl in lifetime- i HAD to watch it.  The packer/ viking games have become a very serious business since I started dating my die hard packer fan. lol.

Nope but only because all of our teams are on another coast πŸ˜€ This house cheers for the Giants in the Fall, Knicks in the Spring, and Cardinals in the Summer (although I’m more for the Lakers than Knicks..)!

When the teams come to the west coast we try to go to the games though.

I wish! I may be getting my dad’s season tickets when he finally dies (lol). But other than that the Packer’s waiting list for season tickets is seriously 30 YEARS long!

We do…Go Chargers!  We’re getting married during the first pre-season game on Saturday!  FI can handle it, but just barely.  We never would have gotten married during the regular season : )

We’re using the Chargers’ kickoff song for our grand entrance and are wearing foam fingers!

@ artwyopie Isn’t it ridiculous! Mr.TKE and I would love season tickets! But there’s no way of telling where we’ll live in 30 years! ha

Just as a side note, there was an article in the GB Press Gazette (front page) about a woman who finally got season tickets after waiting almost 35 years for them!

Oh, it does my heart good to see all these Packers fans! I knew the hive was full of smarty-bees!

FI and I don’t agree on any team, except hockey. Unfortunately, we don’t live in the same city as any of them! We’re in Knoxville, but I’m a Georgia Bulldog, Atlanta Brave, Green Bay Packers girl and he’s a Florida Gator (gag), Dallas Cowboy, doesn’t watch baseball guy.

No season tickets because don’t live in the cities of our teams (Saints, Giants, Colts) every Sunday is spent yelling at the TV! We’re going to see the Bills/Colts pre-season game next week.
