Does anyone else make their own protein balls/bars?

We make quinoa protein bars! I have to go to class pretty quick but I will try to remember to dig up the recipe later! I should probably make some for fi anyways. I’ve been slackin’!

jesssamesssa:  I make some peanut butter honey ones. They are sooo delish. But I definitely forget the website I use. Look on Pinterest for sure!

jesssamesssa:  I’m looking forward to this thread! I use this quick, basic recipe and they’re great, not super portable though as they tend to fall apart if they’re not refrigerated.

melt together: 1/2 c peanut butter, 1/3 c honey, 1/4 cup coconut oil. Add in 1 c of rolled oats and 1 c of whatever else you want (nuts, dried fruit,coconut, seeds etc.) Pour in pan and refrigerate.
