Weddings can definitely get expensive. My fiance and I are paying for about half the costs, and his parents 25% and my parents 25%. It makes me feel a little better to be able to pay as we go (so it's not like we're dropping $25,000 all at once). Maybe you can discuss this with your fiance and his parents... they may want to help out financially. My fiance's parents are all about helping us in every way. Everyone's financial situation is different, so I suggest just talking it out with all involved parties. :)

I am interested in having my wedding and it cost about 17,000 including everything, i feel bad for dad paying for the bill but he said its his duty to pay the bill as the father. Do i worry about this or any ideas??
