I have been getting anxiety related hives on my neck and chest for years now. I was perscribed a beta blocker by my Dr. to take on an as needed basis. It sometime works great and sometimes doesn’t. It may be because I’m not taking enough (I get nervous to take more than 1 at a time) or I’m not taking it at the right time so I don’t want to 100% rely on that to cover my hives on my wedding day Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to avoid the hives from starting up (besides deep breating and staying calm because we know I won’t be able to keep calm) or ideas on how to cover it up on the big day? I was thinking of asking my MUA to cover my neck and chest and makeup but was wondering if anyone knew of anything else to do. This is the only thing stressing me out about my wedding!

I don’t know if it’s stress rash, but around this time of the year I start having tiny red pimples on my chest and sometimes back. I think it’s related to the weather (dry because we’re heating the appartment) and the fact we wear more covering clothing in winter. I have thought about this since my wedding will be in winter, and make up seems like a good option, only I’m scared it’ll get on the white dress.
Also, I have rashes on my chest when I drink some red wines. It can happen at my wedding, but there’s nothing really I can do about that. I guess they’ll just even out the skin with Photoshop.

@Beachy0404: I’ve had eczema since I was 12 years old. It is not overly anxiety based from what I found but flares up in the winter. I easily break out from contact, trying on clothes, wearing a necklace I’m not used to. I have it on my legs and chest, only if I wear an annoying bra. I am not too worried, photoshop is there if I need it.
