I was told that my ring would need a custom made band, but I’m wondering what would match and where I could get one done? Should I do just a single band or a double? It’s a double halo, the diamonds on the inside are larger than the ones on the outside. I thought of maybe getting a double band with matching sized diamonds on each row. I’m not sure if that would look great though. Any ideas would be appreciated! Here’s a pic

I also have a doublehalo with a 0.33 center stone and two different sized halos. I went with the size of the larger stones in the “inside” halo and had a contour band custom-made. I wanted it to wrap around the halo while leaving a gap, with a vintage elegance. The jeweler did exactly what I wanted!! I had the gallery setting rise along with the height of the e-ring, and meeting with the rim of the basket.
They are now soldered together and I just looooove them!! I dealt with Zales/Peoples’ personal jeweler here in Toronto.
Good luck with your design!

@amool: Do you have a profile view of the ring? If it sits high enough, you could do a straight band (or either size diamonds – the bigger ones or smaller ones) and have it sit reasonably flush.
If it’s really low profile, you can do a curved band like the PP.
Either way, your ring is really pretty!

I have a custom wedding band and I love it! I can’t wait to be able to wear it! 🙂
