I am looking for a hair stylist and makeup artist for my October wedding. I feel like I am gettig a super late start in looking, but I just made the move to AZ a week ago. I am debating whether to just look for a salon who can do all services or to seek out individuals to come to where we are getting ready or a combination. Also, I don't know whether I should consider doing a makeup counter type appointment at MAC or Bobbi Brown. What has been you ladies' experience with this? I live in Chandler, but would be willing to travel around the east valley to find someone.

Any help is appreciated!

Adriana Fontes. Definitely. She did a fabulous job with my ladies and me for my wedding last October. She lives in Chandler and will come to you for the consulation and trial. She also came to the venue to do our makeup and stayed through the ceremony for touch ups. She is very friendly and extremely talented. My regular stylist, Gio, did my hair. He is wonderful, talented, and he's a lot of fun, too. I found out at my wedding that he and Adriana had worked together at previous weddings. His studio is in Old Town Scottsdale, his number is (602) 763-6969.

Here are some pics of their work. The second pic was taken during our after-party (waaaay past midnight), so you can see how well everything stood up to crying, hugging, dancing, and a wardrobe change.
