Does anyone have sizing beads or slopes?

Resizing concerns depends on your setting but those are viable concerns. Any reputable jeweler will check the prongs closely before and after resizing and if done properly shouldn’t cause too much stress. My jeweler just sized my ring up in 15 min this weekend and he did it all in front of me. No issues and i can’t even tell anything was done to the band. As for slopes I don’t know what that is. Sizing beads could help in your case. Or maybe a ring guard- it’s a bar that stretches across the back of the inside.

bw04:  I don’t have sizing beads, but if you go that route, give us an update. I am purchasing a new ring that I’d like to alternate on fingers (primarily a RHR), but my fingers vary in size. I want to size it to the largest finger size, but add sizing beads so it won’t twirl when I decide to wear it on my other hand.

Good luck!

I have sizing beads. We ordered my ring in a 3.5, but had the sizing beads added in afterwards so that the top wouldn’t spin. You can’t tell that they’re there at all.

I also have sizing beads because the halo of my ring is heavy and makes my ring flop around.  I cannot even feel them.
