I don’t have this ring, but I ordered from BE and am thrilled. We ordered a vintage ring first, and I overestimated my ring size. They couldn’t size it down that small but they had amazing customer service and we went with one of their standard settings. It looks even better than the site image (the starlight one, or something). Let me know if you have any other questions about BE, I loved working with them and we’ll likely get our wedding bands through them as well.

My stone is from BE but the setting is from another place. Generally, BE is amazing and anything you get will be beautiful.

I know this is a couple weeks late, but I have this ring! And I love it love it love it!*****Warning, lots of pics!********* I got it in white gold with a 6mm sapphire. I thought I was a size 5.75, but I guess my fingers shrank or something, I’m actually 4.75. The original idea was to get a brownish-champagne color (because I love natural colors), and I did get that, but it’s really cool because it changes colors depending on the lighting, which some people may not like but I think it’s fascinating!

Here’s the pic that Brilliant Earth took of it:

Here’s a sunny fall afternoon (my first day with it!)- it turns a pretty green color which is almost impossible to capture.

Here’s in flourescent lighting:

Here’s on a snowy, overcast day:

It’s actually very sparkly for a sapphire too, it’s just impossible to capture both the sparkle and a somewhat-accurate color at the same time πŸ™

ok ok that’s enough from me lol. But I hope this gives you an idea of what the ring is like πŸ™‚ It’s very lovely.

@tamugirl12:  oh sure, why not, I love taking pictures of my ring πŸ˜‰ It does sit up a little high, but not anything extraordinary. The only thing I get it snagged on really now (after the adjustment period of course) is the inside of gloves. When I first got it and wasn’t used to it, I knocked it against something a couple times, which gave me a fright, but it seems pretty sturdy, and I have insurance on it just in case.

Here are a few on my hand (crappy phone pics unfortunately) looking at the profile:

And a few super close-ups in the box:

I love the scrolling detail on the little “basket” that holds the gem!

@Boudicae:  It’s like a mood ring! That is one of the prettiest sapphires I’ve ever seen.

@Boudicae:  How have you been able to get the other colors of your sapphire to photograph? I photo mine she shows up purple every time! But she’s moody and does all sorts of colors. IS you sapphire from tanzania by chance? The umba region is famous for color change stones. My stone is what they call alexandrite color change. She’s purple inside with champagne  and cherry tones under florescent outside or incandescant I’ve seen her change a multitude of colors now from violet, to blue, to olive, to burghundy.
