Yup made one myself, got the fonts from dafont.com & put it together in photoshop, though powerpoint or GIMP would probably work too.

here’s the low-res proof:

eta: gotta love post eating goodness..

I edited ours to exclude options like ‘best dance moves’ or ‘worst dancer’ etc as we aren’t having dancing [but those could easily be subbed in], as well as tweaked certain options to fit our reception.

I have a .PSD at 300dpi, as well as .PNG (or jpeg) extension options. PM me if you’re interested 🙂

FWIW the fonts I used were:

fancy script – Aquarelle (@ dafont.com)
dotted text – Synthetique OT (@ dafont.com)
out lined text – Pointy Demo (@ dafont.com)
serif text – Bookman Oldstyle (standard with most MS programs)
bold text – Rockwell Extra Bold (@ dafont.com)

There are tons of other fonts available that can be downloaded for free that you can mix and match to fit your vibe/theme better.

All I did was vary between colours from our palette (or tones of each would work too) to get the look I wanted.
