So on the 12th I decided to just start rewatching Glee from season 1-4 (and just by chance the actor who plays Finn passed away. this is also not my first binge on Glee either). I was just wondering if there was any other Bees who just binge out on certain shows over and over again. Or even movie series.

I just started watching the entire last season of Duck Dynasty… For the second time today!

I watched the entire first season of Downton Abbey in about 4 days (around classes and hospital work). I love that series, but those writers love to screw with their viewers emotions way too much =/

I go on Dexter binges. Love that show!

Oh yeah. I am well into my (thousandth) viewing of The Sopranos on DVD. I’ll get through the entire season, then about a year later I’m ready to start it from the beginning again. When I am REALLY into it, I can get through a season a week (or shorter).
Mad Men- got completely caught up on the series before the most recent season started on AMC. Not even sure how I started- on a whim at the library one day, I remembered that they have DVDs and friends had been raving about the show so started at the beginning. Haven’t started a second viewing yet though.
Let’s see- there are definitely my “guilty pleasure” shows that I will DVD as they come on (as most of them are older and in syndication) and save them up for a marathon – let’s see:
Gimme a Break
Family Feud (LOL- I know)
and various others here and there:)

when I lived in NYC a decade ago, I went on a sex and the city binge. And then an “L Word” binge.
A couple years ago, I binged on Dexter HARD.
Usually these are accompanied by up till 3am (not normal) weekends where I don’t even see another human being aside from possible a food delivery person.

Yes – it’s my favorite way to watch a series. I love having a few season to go through. It’s sick how quickly I can go through them though – annnnd slightly embarrassing lol.

@sunkissed19: I feel the same way about the embarrassment LOL
There are movies that no matter HOW MANY TIMES they come on TV, I will watch them every single time. Just can’t help it.
The Social Network- BEST MOVIE EVER
Anne of Green Gables- another movie/miniseries guilty pleasure- remember watching it as a kid and it comes on PBS every once in a while 🙂

My mom does this thing where she finds a show on Netflix and just… watches it. The whole thing. She’s been doing it for years, so she’s watched so many different shows.
Right now, she’s watching Grey’s Anatomy. It’s been… maybe a week? And she’s on season 3. She works at a school, so she’s not working right now and has a lot more free time than usual.

Yes! If I get into a show late, I’ll marathon it in order to catch up to the current season (or the end if it’s an old show), but I occasionally re-marathon some of my faves. FI and I are currently marathoning Arrested Development, and I plan on rewatching all three seasons of Veronica Mars before the movie comes out next year!
I have the extended versions of the Lord of the Rings movies on DVD. One day I just want to block out like 12 hours and watch them all back-to-back.

That’s what my fiance and I do with the shows we’ve seen/watched on Netflix. Total marathons! We’ve watched Burn Notice, 30 Rock, and Numb3rs like this – to name a few. We’re much more likely to see shows on Netflix than watching TV shows as they air.

Definitely do, but mostly on shows that I haven’t seen before. Like I started True Blood this summer and finished it right around the time that season 6 was coming out. The one show on my radar right now that I want to rewatch from start to finish is Pretty Little Liars, but I may wait until the new season comes to its mid-season break. Unfortunately I’ll be back at work then and I’ll have no time!
