I want to make my own mercury/mirror glass votives and vases for my wedding but I am having a lot of difficult finding looking glass spray paint. Is anyone selling their mercury vases/votives or know of any online vendor that sells it (ships to Canada?).

FrenchRusticGlam: Shot in the dark, but where in Canada do you live? I have a friend who is going down to the States this weekend. I’ve already asked her to pick me up a can, so I’m sure she wouldn’t mind grabbing another……… if you live anywhere remotely close to Winnipeg, that is.

FrenchRusticGlam: I have seen looking glass spray at Walmart. I don’t know if they ship to Canada though?

Thank you so much girls! I will definitely order it from Caswell Canada if I cannot find any mercury glass votives and I have to make them myself. I live in Toronto, Ontario so it is a bit far from Winnipeg. Thank you so much though! 🙂 And Walmart does not carry it on their Canadian website.
Thanks everyone! 🙂

FrenchRusticGlam: If you live in Toronto , you could order the mercury glass votive holders shipped to a mail receiver just across the border and drive across to pick them up.
Afloral has fairly good prices

FrenchRusticGlam: I am in Calgary and have been looking for that paint with no such luck. If you do end up ordering from Caswell would you please share your ordering experience with me?

Do you have Lowe’s, Home Depot or Menards by you? They sell Rustoleum Mirror Effect spray paint. Virtually the same as the Krylon Looking Glass and easier to find.

Thank you! I will definitely give it a shot if I can find it 🙂 I do have Lowe’s and Home Depot near me. I appreciate the advice!

FrenchRusticGlam: were you able to get some looking glass paint? We live just east of TO and ended up going to the States to get some. I have some cans we didn’t need if you’re still in need 🙂

Toronto2014: Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. No, I did not manage to get any looking glass paint yet. I was debating ordering it online but I don’t know how well my DIY mercury glass would look in the end, and I didn’t want to blow so much cash on wasted cans. I would be interested in purchasing yours though if you’re near Toronto. Did you find it easy to make your own mercury glass? What did you use it for?
<br />Thanks so much 🙂

FrenchRusticGlam: We have some at our local DollarTree just now. Do you have one nearby?
