or mini champagne bottles? We would like to give them to guests in our welcome basket and have no idea where to find them!

@katiee0707: you can probably contact a local winery. I know in my area many of them sell those. And you can get personalized labels.

I love bully hill winery. You can purchase cases of their wine in mini bottles right on their website.
