Monique Luhiller makes a lot of dresses with that vintagey open back, so I'd presume she maybe has some with a lace-covered back? If not, i bet you can have it added on, like a modesty panel. Mrs. Gummi Bear had one like that

Leafy-I'm not sure how set you are on the "Chantilly" dress you showed, or what your budget is, but I had my heart set on a Claire Pettibone. There are a few on both OnceWed.com and on PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com. Also, the Claire Pettibone website features their sample sales, which are at great disconts. Only some bridal salons carry this designer, so I contacted a few to see if they had the dress I was looking for. I was lucky enough to find my gown as a sample (in perfect condition!), so I paid 50%. I will have to get some alterations, but I am extremely happy with my choice.
