@jsa51686: You might email him and ask if he can forward a message to the bride on your behalf. That's how my cousin identified the designer for her dream gown!

I have no idea who the designer of the dress you are looking for is, I hope you find it, but just wanted to share that Dulconee by WToo is somewhat similar and I think it has a very spanish feel to it.
It definitely resembles the Rosa Clara, though it has a sweetheart. Unless the bride had that altered. It has the same pleating in the ruffles.
