That’s absurd. It’s at least two cups, depending on how good it is.

I’d say a serving is a cup, but I always have a couple of servings! 🙂

I probably only eat half a cup but I get full so easily from ice cream so it’s plenty!

I voted 2 cups because it’s usually about 1/4 of the Ben & Jerry’s container..  Sometimes more, depending on what kind of day I’ve had 🙂

@jrzvol:  A Ben & Jerry’s container is a pint, which is two cups.  Therefore, eating 1/4 of that container at a time would be 1/2 c.

I only let myself have a little bit. It can be anywhere from 1/2 a cup to 1 cup. But i am more like to just go ahead and buy single servings instead so I have the portion control.

If I’m not paying attention it probably ends up gbeing about 1/2 to 1 cup. If I’m paying attention, I usually will have one serving (I think it’s about 1/2 cup) of froyo instead. Stoneyfield makes really good froyo!

Depends. Am I having just a bowl of ice-cream? Then probably 2 to 3 scoops. If I’m having it on top of pie or something, I’ll just have 1 scoop.

The serving size on Ben & Jerry’s is 1/2 a cup and that’s pretty much what I eat. It usually takes me 4 or 5 trips to the freezer to finish a pint. 1/2 cup is pretty much what you get at an ice cream shop if you order 1 scoop. I’d probably have some serious tummy issues if I tried to eat more than that of a creamy ice cream like B&J’s. Something cheaper… well, maybe I’d eat up to a cup in one go.
