I watch it too! And MAN that was a train wreck! I don't care for either Jake or Vienna and I think they both came off pretty nasty tonight.
As for the current season - Chris all the way!

Watch the interview with Jake and Vienna at the end! I was a little...horrified by it!
EMB - She has always seemed immature but he was so mean! I couldn't imagine being spoken to (or speaking to anyone else) like that.

I watch the Bachelorette as an excuse to hang with one of my besties weekly! We drink wine and make fun of it! I love Chris and Roberto! I want Frank to go home, why is he even still there! Argh!
I'm watching the Vienna/Jake drama now.. I think this is all staged, who didn't know it was going to be doomed from the start!

I admit it, I watch it too. I watch it purely for entertainment purposes. I don't know how many of you have heard of "Reality Steve", his website is realitysteve.com. He gets the inside scoop of what is going on with the show long before it completes airing weekly. You all should check it out, it is very interesting reading. He also gives his scoop on the new show with the old bachelors and bachelorettes. I always read his site during the different bachelor and bachelorette shows and he has been right on the money. The only thing he hasn't stated yet is who she ends up with. My personal opinion, I think she doesn't choose any of them. If you check out realitysteve.com he tells why Frank is leaving (old girlfriend back home) and that the final 2 are Chris and Roberto.
I only watch it when I'm at home with my mom. We are watching it right now on DVR... I made her fast forward to the end with vienna sausages and jake and omg.

Wow. After watching the Jake/Vienna interview it left me feeling disgusted. Maybe now people will think twice about going on the show in the first place and try to find love the old fashioned way. I never liked Vienna, but I have to say I felt a little sorry for her. I think her biggest fault is that she is immature. Jake is soooooo condescending and I think his true personality was revealed tonight. He loves the spotlight just as much as she does, but he has a real mean streak that is rather frightening. He really seems like an emotional abuser to me.
OMG I LOVED that they aired that interview with Jake and Vienna! HILARIOUS! I also hated them both from the start. She's a spoiled little brat, and Jake was an idiot for choosing her, and I think this interview confirmed my suspicions that Jake is way too cocky for his own good and his whole "perfect" thing was all an act. Behind closed doors I can definately see him being an emotionally abusive, ill-tempered jerk. Did you see the look in his eyes when he yelled at her to stop interrupting him - scary!
As for the current season - I like all of the final 4. But I'm upset that they show Frank breaking Ali's heart. I love her! I hope she does find a husband who loves her forever and ever. She's so sweet and genuine - she deserves a good man!
Just finished watching! I was never a fan of Vienna or Jake. We all knew it wouldn't work.
Yet, watching Jake today was really scary. I totally believe Vienna that he wasn't intimate and that he was verbally abusive. His temper really flared today and that was on tv! (Imagine behind closed doors.) As for Vienna, well she is spoiled. Everything is about her. He didn't care enough about her, kiss her enough, pay attention to her enough.
Oh, well.
As for Ali, I like Kirk for her. I don't like Frank at all. Although Chris seems nice, he is a very awkward kisser...I feel bad for him. Has anyone else noticed it? I don't think there is much of a chemistry between him and Ali, so I was surprised she kept him.
Yay, I'm not alone in watching this craziness every week!
@spaganya - Kasey....wow. He was an interesting one. "I just want to protect and guard your heart!" I feel bad for him though. I wonder if he has a hard time meeting a girl now and being taken seriously. I can't imagine having to watch myself act like some of these people...you know? And knowing that my kids would see someday!
We'll have to return to this post after next Monday!
Am I the only one who loves Frank - I think their relationship is so much further along than any of the others - You can see in the way she looks at him - I really hope he doesn't do anything stupid!
I dont normally watch it but I wanted to see Vienna & Jake!!! I think she needs a reality check about what a "real relationship" is! I also dont think she is even close to being ready to be someones wife.
Holy crap that was intense last night!! I agree that I always thought she was immature but I'm with some of the other bees, he definitely seems to have that male-dominant over wife personality. Man if my husband ever told me to stop "underminding" him I would be so pissed! I thought she seemed honest in what she was saying and of course it was all a big mess, but break ups are messy most of the time - theirs just happened to be televised.
I tried to watch the interview but I only made it to the first break.... I was disgusted with both of them.... lol
As for the show.... FRANK GO HOME! For real, he must be a producer pick or something... And what's up with Casey making it so long! Justin may have been a fame-whore but I'm glad he was able to get Casey off the show... goodness.
As for Frank, I honestly don't get why he's still around. I see the way he looks at her, but I don't see it when she looks at him. He scares me... he's very possessive and whiny about her.
As for who "my" pick is, I'm not sure. I think Roberto is one of the front runners (in her mind) and my FI is calling him to be the winner. (God bless him for watching it with me sometimes, lol). I hope she ends up with anyone but Frank... and it seems that might be the case from the tears on the finale preview..
@KLP2010: I'm totally with you on Frank being a producer pick. My friend put it perfectly, she said "Frank is totally the guy she'd end up with in real life, but this is the Bachelorette!" Sad isn't it? I guess I don't want to believe she'd pick the retail manager/screen writer who lives at home with his parents, he just seems so immature compared to the others. There are some really gorgeous together manly men there for her to pick from and I think they overshadow him!
Did anyone else look forward to Jesse taking his shirt off (before he was sent home?) Hellooooo abs!
Oh my god. I am watching the bachelorette now. TRAINWRECK! Why would they go on the air and do that? RIDICULOUS! It is embarrassing to both of them?
Alli, I think is so freaking cute, and I do like Chris a lot. I don't think he will win though :-(
I as not surprised by either Jake or Vienna. She has always come across as self-centered and immature. Jake, just seems to have lost his way.
As for this season... I would love to see Chris and Ali be happliy ever after, but I bet she picks Roberto.
I wish she would have picked Chris :( But she and Roberto do seem happy and I hope it works out!!
I also LOVED her hair for the proposal...a lot like I *tried* to have mine done for the wedding...and I think it turned out pretty similar (until it fell during the reception!) much better now that she has gotten it touched up!
