well my boyfriend shaves his unibrow, which im happy about and he spend at least 15-20 mins in the bathroom getting ready and mostly doing his hair! also since he's met me his fashion sense has gotten better! i can be a priss so i guess he's just trying to keep up with me haha. it's funny because he's a manly guy.
Every few months, my FI makes me "fix" the ingrown hairs he gets on his face from shaving. I've tried to tell him to take better care of his skin, to exfoliate and get facials but can't convince him that this is a "guy" thing to do!! I was pretty freaked out poking around his skin, but the aesthetician I go to told me the "tools" I needed for the job, so it always looks better when I'm done, but I'm like "Dude...find someone else who's actually qualified to do this!!" Maybe once he moves up here I'll force him to get a facial :)
I have a professional wax pot and I wax his unibrow. He's also hooked on my facial scrub now to prevent ingrowns.
@arizonabride - I'm putting "man-scented" face scrub in my FI's stocking in hopes that he uses it and it helps with the ingrowns!
My guy is pretty macho. The only things I've seen him do are shave every morning and clip his nails.
@jwinnings, he just started using it. He thought it was so brilliant to put lotion on dry skin..
Specialist Sierra loves when I do his hands and his eyebrows. HA. He's too cute. We went Christmas shopping for BIL and hubs decided he needed everything we got BIL. Poor guy, he was like a kid in a candy store in the men's Dermologica section at Ulta. :)
@jwinnings: Get him this. It has a really good "man smell"

I sometimes make my hubbers use biore pore strips.
He works in a warehouse and lots of grime gets into his pores. I think he secretly likes it.
I make my FI use pore strips sometimes too... and I put moisturizer on him when need be. He has started using face wash instead of bar soap though, so that's good. He also lets me pluck his unibrow and trim his eyebrows! :D
He complains, but I know he likes it.

FI is a pretty "macho" guy all around, but he is super-sensitive about his crazy overgrown eyebrows, so he gets them threaded. He's always a little embarassed that's he's typically the only guy in the spa/salon.
I teased him about it in front of a friend and found out that his friend does it too! I like the result and it's a hell of a lot easier than holding him down while I pluck his eyebrows!
Does anyone else's man do any "beauty" rituals that they'd rather others don't know about?
