I am planning on drinking raspberry leaf tea towards the end of my pregnancy )because it strengthens the uterus and makes contractions stronger once labor does decide to come) but I heard it isn’t good hot.
So I want going to make a big pitcher of it and stick it in the fridge so every I could have a cup. But, will cooling it take away from its power or vitamin potentcy?
*I don’t plan on diluting it with water like you would icetea…just cool it down.
