Hello bees 🙂
Another quick question for you Enzoani brides. I was told by one bridal boutique that for a small fee, Enzoani would swap the neckline of my “Diana” with the neckline of “Eva.” I visited a different boutique this evening to check their prices and was told that Enzoani does *not* offer any type of design changes.
Now, I can’t see why the first boutique would lie. They’re an extremely well known shop with good reviews and the fee is very small. They wouldn’t be making enough extra money in my opinion to justify lying to me. Is it possible that certain boutiques have different relationships/reputations with designers? I would hate to put down my deposit and find out later that the neckline on my dress wasn’t able to be altered..
Thanks everyone 🙂

I’m not sure if this would qualify as “customization” but when I tried on the Diana the shop owner told me they could order the Diana strapless with a sweetheart that was less plunging than the neckline is with straps. I didn’t end up choosing the Diana so I was not told what the cost would be, but it definitly sounded like something that Enzoani would do, rather than being a alteration after I received the dress.
Hope that helps some!

@Miss Beaumont: Thank you Miss Beaumont! 🙂 That does help knowing they were able to order the dress with *some* type of change. I contacted another bridal boutique who sells Enzoani to see if they can give me any information.
You know, I remember seeing a bride on the Enzoani blog who had the neckline on her “Eva” dress changed from a sweetheart to a straight neckline… Fingers crossed that changes can be made 🙂
