I don’t know about everyone else but I did get a loose stone from moissaniteco. I already had the setting and wedding band so I didn’t need those. I love my new stone as well as a moissy necklace that my husband bought me and we had great experiences both times. The stone arrived the very next day which is amazing because I live in Canada 🙂

I would recommend them based on my experiences and I plan on getting earrings soon!

@ECH258:  I purchased mine through a local jeweler.

My boyfriend bought me a pendant from Moissanite.com (Charles and Colvard’s direct website) and it was a terrible experience. While the piece itself is beautiful, the company neglected to require a signature on the package and it was stolen from our front step. C&C never apologized or admitted fault, which I was insulted by, but finally sent a replacement. My boyfriend was distraught that my $250 present was gone, the least they could have done was apologized.

HOWEVER, we will absolutely be purchasing my engagement ring through MoissaniteCo.com- Chris has been nothing but helpful in answering my many many many emails and is always prompt, helpful and so nice.

I think most people do buy from MoissaniteCo. Charles and Colvard’s site, moissanite.com, has proven itself time and time again on here to be shady and unreliable. I ordered from moissaniteco and the experience was excellent.

@EffieTrinket:  +1, darlin’. What else have you heard about C&C? I’m sure I’m not the only one who had a crappy experience.

I’ve seen tons of bees on here complaining about ordering directly through C&C, so I’ve decide to avoid it. Moissaniteco seems to have the best reviews from what I can tell. I’ve also seen one bee that ordered from moissanitebridal.com and she liked it, but I don’t know if they have enhanced stones or not. I’ve also never heard of them before until she posted about it, and haven’t heard about them since.

@musician32992:  I’ve heard several other bad customer service stories, screwed up order stories, hassles with returns if the person decided moissy wasn’t for them, and then there was the whole debacle with the coated stones…..

@EffieTrinket:  Yeah, that’s why I decided not to do the FB treatment- BetterthanDiamond PROVED that they were coated, despite C&C’s protestations.

DH got my e-ring from Moissaniteco.com, and it arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The people working there were also super friendly and answered any/all questions we had.

I’ve never personally bought from moissanite.com or any other place, so I can’t say how their service is.

I don’t know about everyone, but all of my moissanite jewelry is from Moissaniteco.com.
