Does my Bridal Shower Dress have to be White?

It’s your shower!  You can wear whatever you want.  Some girls like to wear white because they feel bridal that way, but there is no rule!  I didn’t have a shower, but I wore a black dress at my bachelorette party and a coral dress at the rehearsal dinner.  I was still the bride!  : )

Barbiestylez:  Of course you don’t have to wear white! I have to admit, I’m wearing white though! Can’t wait to wear my cute dress!

Wear whatever you like! As long as you love you dress it doesn’t matter what colour it is, there’s no ‘rule’ 🙂

I think you can wear whatever you want! I’m planning on wearing this skirt with an ivory ruffled blouse:

I think you can wear whatever you want! Admittedly, I do enjoy seeing white/cream/pale pink

I look awful in white so I certainly hope I don’t have to wear it twice! Seriously though, I think you can wear whatever you want. Everyone will know you’re the bride regardless!

Barbiestylez:  the last shower I attended, the bride to be wore green and looked stunning. 🙂 I won’t be wearing white – but then again, I won’t even be wearing white at my wedding!

I’m wearing a cream dress with a peachy pink cardigan (: I want to feel ‘bridal’, but white doesn’t look good with my pale skin aha. There’s definitely no rule that your dress has to be white though.

Not at all. I’m not but I’m having a theme bridal shower. One of my friends wore blue for hers.

I wore black! Haha. I honestly didn’t even think about the color, I just knew that dress looked really good on me. To be fair, I did wear it with light pink tights that matched my necklace and earrings, so it wasn’t a total black-out. :]
