Nope. They should be pretty noticeable since they will probably be in robes of some sort.
If you are having a friend or family member officiate, you might consider some sort of flower. I officiated my brother and SIL's wedding and the gave me a lovely wrist corsage.
Only if the officiant isn't in a suit. If the officiant is going to be at the reception in a suit, you might have one then. Never on a robe.
We are getting one for our officiant...because he is my uncle, is internet ordained and will be wearing a suit.
