I cant seem to upload the pic but the dress is called Astoria gown by WTOO. Thats the only one I found with some of your requirements hope it helps! good luck

What about putting crinoline or a hoop skirt under those dresses with a slimmer flare?

I tried one two dresses, both by Pronovias I think, that fit that description and a few more somewhere else, but I don’t remember the designer, perhaps Demetrios?

One of them was Pronovias Higuera (though just straps, not cap sleeves).

Any of those dresses you can add a mermaid crinolin to add some extra fluff at the bottom and enhance the silhouette. I’m an Allure bride, and while mind doesn’t have the back you want, I did add one during the shopping process to see how it would look and it was beautiful.
