The dress is lovely! But (in ivory) it is more traditional than I expected it to be, based on how you described the vibe you’re going for. But there’s nothing wrong with that! Bohemian glam!

Honestly, I would have pictured something different based on what you described. Maybe something a little more simple. This dress looks like it was made for a more formal wedding. Ultimately I think you should wear what you love though. And I think your wedding sounds like an awesome experience.

I think that the dress goes with your inspiration makeup and the headwear but I don’t feel that matches your written description of the theme, it doesn’t seem native american or bohemian to me I guess. Sorry if that’s not the answer you want.  It’s a lovely dress though.  ETA: seems like PP got to it before me.

@bohosioux:  It doesn’t match your theme but it’s still a beautiful dress. When I think of bohemian, I think of something along the lines of Claire Pettibone.

It is an amazingly beautiful dress but I do not think bohemian when I see it. I don’t see the connection between your inspiration and the dress. In the end though, it is up to you and the dress is gorgeous.

I think an art nouveu style dress is more what you are looking for with this setting.

I think you’re going for a very eclectic look: the mix of the bohemian and Native Americn pieces, but also a glamarous, romantic vibe and I really think the dress suits it perfectly! At first, I wasn’t so sure, but I really think you should go with your gut: when you describe everything, it really does go with a very specific vision you have. I LOVE that funky aisle runner, and I think a colorful belt on the dress is a great idea too πŸ™‚
