I am more than excited about my wedding day, even though it is nearly a year away. Though it will be extremely quaint and intimate with immediate family and extremely close friends only, most of whom likely won’t be making the trek out of state, I still cannot manage to stay off the bee and withhold my enthusiasm.
I have a bridal appt in 2 weeks and have paid to ship in a loaner of the dress below. I think it is unbelievably beautiful and haven’t tried on another like it. Every lace dress I tried was awkwardly heavy with thick lace and a more sophisticated feel, so I am thrilled to have found a dress that is so similar to what I envisioned: romantic, feminine, lightweight. I was hoping you lovely ladies might be able to help with the decision of if it suits my wedding.
Tipi @ sunrise in the Arizona desert, lit up by various, mixmatched lanterns under the Southwest sky. I am from the SW and going “home” is very important to me, as well as embracing my Native American roots and incorporating a couple of beautiful traditions (tipi & vase ceremony). We will share our first sunrise as a married couple with our guests and enjoy breakfast at a local bed and breakfast or cozy restaurant.
