Sounds suspicious. Before you even bother answering any questions or sending photos, I would tell them you'll ship anywhere as long as they pay shipping, but they have to pay through escrow.com and the dress will only ship after the payment clears. Say that you won't accept a check, no exceptions. See if they agree. Chances are you'll never hear from them again.
Sounds like a scam. Shell check with her fiance and THEN say he is over seas and will send a check and blah blah blah
This screams classic scam. The lanugage, the fiance funding, her taking care of shipping, these are all things that are always seen in the dress scams that have been posted on here before. I would be very careful proceeding if I were you. I agree with meliss, try to get her to pay through escrow or paypal if you would like to try to sell to her. Good luck :)
It's definitely a scam. I know of someone who received this exact same email recently!

I have seen a few posts on here about some scams and this one seems to hit the same points that some of you all pointed out may be a scam.

Thanks for your e-mail, I am sorry I didn't get back to you over the weekend.I am interested in the purchase of the gown for my wedding. I like the dress as it is on the Listing.The dress is absolutely beautiful.,I have few questions though regarding the gown ;
Does it need to be dry cleaned/steamed ?
Do you have it in a factory bag/garment which you can use to first package it before you put it in a box to ship?
Do you ever get it hemmed?
I saw couple of pictures on the listing.Can you e-mail me more of pictures of the full length of the front and back , the tag.. just couple of photos for close viewing?
Also, thanks for the additional pictures. Is that you wearing the dress in the photo? It's absolutely beautiful, i love it on you.I'm not local and I am afraid i won't be chanced to come see it and try it on and that's why i will be responsible for the shipment. A friend introduced me to the website "oncewed.com" that i could get any type of wedding dress I want at a reasonable offer because that's where she got her dress from when she wanted to marry.I think that would be a better idea to get it steamed immediately i receive it in the mail. How much would you ship the dress without shipping fee? Also let me know if you can ship to Arlington, TX US if i choose to handle the shipping and handling? All this i need to let my fiance know about because he's funding. I look forward to hearing from you.Thanks.
