I stopped in a couple jewelery stores today and I found a band I LOVE! I really don’t want a thick wedding band, I also LOVE the colour pink, then I found a cute yellow gold thin band with pink stones. Is the pink too much? I’m worried about regretting a colour choice.
Also, Fiance is DEAD set on making our bands out of wood (he does wood working as a hobby). He’s never done it before, but I know he could, I’m just worried about him not being able to finish them in time… and not sure how to convince him I want gold when he’s soooo excited about the wood.
Anywho, here’s the band wth my ering.

I like them together. You can always get both this and the wood band, then mix and match depending on what you feel like each day.

That is just dreamy! You have to get it and second going with what PP suggested.

winterwoodlandbride15: That is beautiful! It looks great together. Would you mind sharing where this band can be found, I am wanting some in my ring collection and this one is gorgeous.

WowGamerBabe: My engagement ring is from Spence and the pink band is from Peoples. 🙂

I think it looks stunning! The pink seems to be quite subtle so I don’t think you’ll get sick of it!
Perhaps you could get your Fiance to make a thin wooden band that you can stack on top?

I was expecting a really bright pink but your ring is lovely and subtle. I love it! I think you should get both rings. I don’t know much about the durability of wood rings but if you’re getting a wood ring it might be good to get another ring anyway. I think it’s nice to get one plainer band and one blingy band

winterwoodlandbride15: I think the combo looks very pretty. The band is very soft and feminine. I have read and heard that wooden rings get ruined or swell when they get wet so be careful about that with the rings your Fiance wants!

They look beautiful together!

Looove the pink. Go for it!

OneDayMrsL: Good! I would hate to be ‘over’ the pink in a year, but I like the mismatch combo.
linnylou_88: I’m worried about that too. I really do want a thin ring because I don’t like the bulk, and Fiance said there’s no way we could do a thin wooden band because it would be durable, so it might just be a ceremony band I rarely wear.
rosegoldgirl: That’s a great point! I’ll have to do some more research on them, maybe that’ll help sway FIs thoughts.
sassy411: GemmaBella: Thank you! 🙂
