Does anyone know if there is a website that will allow you to piece together a ring stone by stone?
When shopping the other day, my boyfriend found one that we both really liked, but it’s not online and the lady said it was an older ring with only two left in the company. The price hadn’t been changed since 2008.
I really wanted to look at it some more and share, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere online. Many websites will kinda let you make a new ring within their parametes, but I haven’t been successful with that.

Bluenile has virtual ring creaters, so does moissaniteco and gemvara right off the top of my head.

Ok I’ll try those sites as well and see if I can at least find something similar to share.Thank you!

I second Blue Nile, their website is very easy to use and has great selection!

We used James Allen (a site similar to Blue Nile). You can do that on their site as well, and you can actually use a virtual loop to look closely at the actual stone. Its pretty neat 🙂

I did try James Allen, but I couldn’t find anything close enough In their settings.
I may have found something similar on Blue Nile, I will have to kind of edit it. Should be fun. Lol
I just wish there was a website where I could have an interactive plain band in whatever metal, and then I could drag and drop individual stones one by one. Then select how high they sit and what kind of setting. I think making entirely custom rings would be somunch fun.

@Ashenstar: +1. I’d love to see that on the web, I’ve had a hard time finding my dream setting too! If you really can’t find what you’re looking for online, you could talk to a local jeweler about a custom setting. Depending on exactly what you want, it may not be that much more expensive than a premade setting.
