Does this seem like a fair amount?

Per night, or for the week? For the week, that sounds pretty reasonable. I wouldn’t be shocked or upset.

I would price it per room rather than charge everyone individually (couples vs singles) and make it first in best dressed for picking rooms (so whoever pays first get the room) . If a single person only gets charged $400 and gets a room on their own but a couple gets charged $800 but have two people in the room it is kind of an unfair pricing structure.

@sunkissed19:  It wouldn’t make a difference to me especially if the rooms are similar in size. it would alos depend on bathroom arrangements as well. An ensuited room should cost more than a shared bathroom room etc etc.

Hard to say if it’s a fair amount though without knowing what the house itself would cost to rent for the week?  What price are you looking at total?

@sunkissed19:  my dad was going to rent a really nice house for our wedding that my friends could stay in if they pitched in and i thought it was reasonable, but they didn’t. I would get an idea of what they are comfortable spending before finalizing everything.

Geez, that must be a total mansion for that price!
