I was looking for a similar thing with creating a floorplan for the reception area (where to put tables, etc.). I think there is software to purchase that does that kind of thing, although I don't the name of it. Check with some local wedding planners. They may know the names of that kind of software. Some linen/rental companies have showrooms where you can set a table with different options too. You could set up a consulation and try out their stuff to get an idea of what you want.

I've been looking all over the web for a table setting tool. Let me explain what I'm looking for:
Something, a site or software, where you can enter in the shape and size of your table and the number of settings, and then you can play around with different options, colors, patterns, etc.
Sort of like one of those avatar makers, but instead of picking out hairstyles and clothes, you're picking out tablecloths, overlays, napkins, etc.
Does anyone know of a tool like this?
