The lab I used to have LOVED the snow. He would bounce around in it like a bunny! Then he would get excited by the snow he kicked up and chase it.

Oh yeah! Our little 10 lb poodle is obsessed. I just took her out and the snow is as tall as her, but she just dove into it and loves throwing it up in the air and just going nuts in it. However when she comes in she is all wet and shivering so I have been wrapping her up in a towel and sitting in front of the heat vent with her to dry her off lol She is like a little baby because she falls asleep with the heat blowing on her, it is adorable.

Our german shepherd is ok with it but he is very particular about getting his paws wet so that’s his only problem with it. I should get him some boots!

NOPE! Not even a little bit. It’s annoying because my FI and I love it and bought him a cute jacket to go on walks.. not happening.

@MichiganGirl24:  My dog is the same way! We have to drag him back inside. I wish I knew what he loved about it… but he’s obsessed. ALWAYS wants to go outside. He bounds around and runs figure 8s through the back yard. It’s so much fun to watch!

One of them does! He’s a Great Pyrenees mix though, so I think its pretty normal for him to like the snow. He practically turns on when he sees snow for the first time in a year. He’ll do zoomies around the yard, roll around in it, eat it, dig in it. He loves it when you kick snow in his face. He’s goofy.

I have a collie/lab mix who LOVES the snow! We throw it at her and she jumps around like a fool… it is so cute!

Yes, he loves it!!! It’s so cute, he runs around with his mouth open and does a silly half-run/half-snow eating thing. He also rolls around in it. He’s eight years old, but the snow transforms him into a puppy 🙂

@allyfally:  omg soo funny!!

My golden LOVES the snow. We got around 12 inches yesterday and went for a super long walk in it. She couldn’t get enough and did not want to get back in the car to go home. I feel bad when she gets snowballs between her toes though. 🙂

My dog adores snow which is slightly weird since he absolutely hates water. His little doggy brain hasn’t worked out the connection between the two though and tears around like a bonkers thing in snow. The only slight drawback on a snowy walk (when lots of families are out enjoying traditional snowy fun) is his opinion of snowmen which he considers fit for only one purpose…

Yes!  We call our poodle Scarface because she loves to go up to a big pile of snow, bury her head in it and breathe in through her nose.  Then when it tickles her nose, she gets all excited and runs around.  She loves that game.
