I just wanted to share this becasue i find it adorably cute!
Our Labradoodle is 15 months. He sleeps on the floor in our bedroom and sometimes sneaks himself on the bed in the middle of the night while we are asleep. I then wake up in the morning with 85 Lbs on one side and my SO on the other LOL
His toy box is in the living room. In the last 2 months, whenever we tell him that it’s time to go to bed, he goes to his toy box, picks a toy and brings it upstairs with him to our bedroom and cuddles with it to sleep. Different toy every day, I guess whatever he feels like at the time LOL Like a kid.
Does your dog do that ?

Mine doesn’t bring toys to sleep with, but he does like to sneak into bed when were asleep!

@Lulume: our dogs sleep with us every night…although our chihuahua is only 12 lbs and our chiweenie is only 8 lbs. However, our smallest one likes to spread out horizontally on our king sized bed so she is touching both my FI and myself! Our chihuahua thinks bedtime is late night snack time and so he’ll grab a mouthful of food, truck it all the way into our bedroom and munch on it before he climbs into bed! Oh and I often wake with toys, random socks, etc in my bed!

Cute!! Mine sleeps on my bed every night, he’s little. But he is also cute with his toys, he must have about a million. He has his favorites though. I just washed all of them last night and of course he looked through all of them to pick his elephant 🙂

It WAS cute, when he was little…and the other two hadn’t caught on…but the combined weight of all three dogs is a bed breaking 300 lbs…so now it’s just like playing russian roulette with the bedframe

@txlolo: Um, WHAT is a chiweenie and can I see a pic?!?! It can’t be as cute as I think it is. OMG.

My dog sneaks up in the middle of the night almost every night. He has learned to sneak up onto my side of the bed and not FI’s, because I don’t have the heart to kick him out

Our’s doesn’t take a toy to bed but when she wants to play, she will dig through the entire toy box, looking for some specific toy she has in mind.

@MississippiQueen: Um, of course you can see a pic! A chiweenie is a chihuahua/dauschand mix. She has the chihuahua legs (a little longer) and snout, with the dauschand face/floppy ears and looong body. She’s a doll! Sorry if these are big…not sure how to resize!

If I get up,even for a minute to go to the restroom, I come back and our black lab is on my side of the bed with his head on MY pillow with his arms around his “daddy” snoring. Every. Single. Time. Oh and for some reason he insists on eating at 4:00 am (that dog loves his routine) so he will get right in my face every morning at 4 and bark until I feed him. If I am out of town for work tho he will let my fiancé sleep in without expecting his 4:00 breakfast. He better be glad I love him….

My morkie is only 7 pounds and he sleeps with us every night. He takes a toy to bed (the same one every night) and actually sleeps under the covers too!

My 2yr old loves this little yellow ducky that was only .99 cents. She brings it everywhere, sleeps with it, cleans it, etc.

@txlolo: Ahhhh, so cute!!!
I wish my pup could still get in the bed…but she’s almost 13 and time is slowing her down…it’s going to be time for a new pup soon. How depressing…….she’s slept with me for ten years, even after the kid came along.

Our lab always ends up in our bed if we leave the door open. He is a cuddler.
And every mornig if one of us wakes up first to let him out, the second he comes back in he runs up onto the bed to wake the other person up.
Hes a silly boy.

MINE BRINGS HIS BLANKET!!! its adorable!
He has two memory foam dog beds (DIY project cause he is a bernese @ 120lbs, and i couldnt find beds big enough).
He has a blanket that is in top of his bed downstairs and sometime he grabs it at bedtime and brings it to his upstairs bed lol. OR OUR BED LMAO – he loves to snuggle.
