When he leaves me handwritten notes, he always makes smilies sideways like he's typing.
eg. writes out " :D "
My DH talks in his sleep and I used to find it cute, funny. But now its annoying if it wakes me up.
My mom says that what you love about someone can easily be what you end up hating. Totally true.
Well this doesn't qualify as a habit but my DH always finds something really adorable to say when he wants to get away with someging. like:
me: Look at those flowers! You haven't given me flowers in a long time!
DH: You are beautiful, you don't need flowers, they'd be jealous and wither immediately
me: U____U
.............
me: I don't want to clean today! you said that I was a princess and princesses don't clean
DH: You are the princess of cleanland, like the mermaid who didn't want to be a mermaid but she was the princess of the sea.
me: U______U
Last year we had a huge dust storm. The eastern seaboard woke up covered in thick red dust EVERYWHERE.
My FI woke up at 2am, and closed all the windows. He said he could smell and taste it coming. That was SO random, and I love him for it!! :D
@mrsbruff2b - That's so cute! I love getting a handwritten note...so much better than an email or text!
@lefeymw - Thankfully his sleep talking doesn't wake me up! The only time I hear it is when he has fallen asleep and I'm still awake reading or something (using surfing through Weddingbee, haha). I don't hate it after 6.5 years, so hopefully that won't happen!

@firie - Wow! Your FI has an awesome skill there! Otherwise you would have had some major clean up to do!!

My FI has a habit of whenever he is driving and making a turn, he puts his left hand into a fist up against his mouth and turns with just his right hand. It sounds weird haha but it's cute and makes me laugh, I dont' know why he does it.
As far as I go he said that he thinks it's funny when I think something is funny but I am too tired to smile, so I just smile with my lips while my mouth is closed. My sis has told me the same thing too lol!
These stories are too cute. I can't think of any offhand but I'll definitely post when I remember.
Sometimes my bf will fall asleep on the sofa while I watch tv or browse the internet. He wakes up from his sleep after a while and pulls me close to him to give me the biggest hugs and kisses ever. He also gets all smiley and starts telling me how much he loves me. It's really cute cuz he's not really the romantic type when he's awake. He does it pretty much every time, and I love it :)
He also talks in his sleep sometimes. Once, I woke up to him laughing in the middle of the night and I said "why are you laughing, baby?" He flashed the hugest smile and said "Nate's so funnyyy." Nate is one of his best friends. I thought it was the funniest thing ever and was super excited to tell Nate about it. haha!
He's gonna kill me. .
we have some stuffed animals at the house that he blames everything on.. .
they ate all the cake, they left the wet towels on the floor, they put the empty cereal box back in the cupboard.. they passed gas, etc
There's nothing cute about me

I think that often times it is the quirky things about a person that can make them the most lovable!
For example, my fiance talks in his sleep almost every night and I think it is ridiculously cute! When I first noticed it, I actually thought he was awake because his eyes stay partially open and his words are pretty clear...but then I realized that the things he says are so bizarre! Here are a few of my favorites:
"Let's take Otis (our cat) and squeeze him to make fuzzy juice!"
"Horsies....neigh!!!"
"Everything looks so cartoonish around here!"
Sometimes I like to mess with him a little bit and try see if I can engage him in a sleep-conversation, haha! It makes me laugh everytime and then I get to hear him laugh about it the next day when I recount his nightly sayings. I just love this quirky little habit of his and I love that I'm the only one that ever gets to experience it!
