Customizable Mint Tin With a Dog on It
Another idea would be dog shaped or bone shaped cookie for people.
You could give a dog shaped or dog bone shaped human cookie in one of those cello bags with pawprints on it.

Oriental trading has dog shaped suckers
There's always black licorice scotties
www.mypartyplanner.com has these bowls of bone shaped candy with sayings
also available from other sources
dog shaped pens
girl and boy dog lip balm
you can put anything into a doghouse favor box
We are doing a donation to the local SPCA where we got our furbaby. Along with this, we had our photographer take pics of our pooch during our engagement shoot with a 'Thank You' sign around his neck. We are going to have the picture and a small note about the donation printed on plantable paper (made from flower seeds) as our favors for each guest. You get the traditional with a modern twist! And it's all eco-animal friendly!
@julies1949: That first dog cookie just made me go awwww. I think it's absolutely adorable.
To OP: I think julles has given some great suggestions that you should be able to start with :) I also found this: http://thewetnose.blogspot.com/2011/05/wedding-favors-have-gone-to-dogs.html through a google search.
Wow! Thank you so much! I love all of these ideas... now it's just a matter of figuring out which one to use! I searched high and low for ideas and I got the BEST ones from you guys! Thank you!

Hi everyone,
I am hoping to get some ideas for wedding favors and I was looking to use something related to dogs. Not only are our dogs our babies but my fiance is a vet and I met him by taking my dog to him! Our dogs are also in the wedding party and have a special place with us on the wedding cake ;)
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas???
-I don't really want to use treats because not all of our guests have dogs
-I considered a donation but both of our families are somewhat traditional and would want something to take home to remember the wedding.
Thanks!
