I’m not exactly sure how all of this happened to coverge today, but, here we are!
Not only are Mr. 99 and I into our third day of the Colorado Diet, which is kind of awesome on its own. But I had an appointment downtown this afternoon with a client, I’ve got my first Pilates class after work and if I’m lucky, I’ll be home in time for our friends to drop their three year old daughter off so they can go to a show tonight!
I feel like I’ve been doing nothing but running today!

@Nona99: Colorado diet?
Is that a multi phase system that breaks down different foods into different weeks? What are the first couple of weeks like?

@FleeSircus: Yeah…Phase I is pretty restricted, but you eat six times a day…so I haven’t been hungry, not once….if anything, it feels like I’m eating all the time. We had a few hiccups with greek yogurt, my god is that nasty on its own! But have discovered a reciped with canned pumpkin that makes it taste like pumkin pie…its awesome!
I’ve already noticed that my clothes are baggier, that I have more energy and focus and I sleep way better because another part of this system in 70 minutes of physcial activity a day, 6 days a week.
Generally, I’m into it! And I’m loving Pilates, last night was soooo fun!

Aww, I was hoping Geico put out a commercial with the camel dancing.
I hope it was fun if tiring, though! (And I hope pilates was awesome–My OB wants me to start after this kid is born!)
