Hi girls,

I registered and logged in especially to warn you before using dressesonlinesale website. I have just bought a dress from them (it's an evening dress not a bride gown but still...) and have never ever in my life been so disappointed with an oline purchase. The dress looks completely different that on their website and it's not just the matter of the light or monitor or whatever. The colour is awful (rotten caramel instead of gold) the shape is even worse and the finish very poor. I wouldn't be so upset if I could return the dress, but that's not easy at all - they make you take the pictures of the dress, want to talk about the problem and constantly repeat "sorry for the inconvenience". So, basically I'm stuck with the ugliest piece of clothing EVER, with no money left to buy a new dress before the gig.

Please, learn from my mistakes...

I ordered a prom dress on 1st Oct. 2011 and the item arrived without problems. Though it was a little bit different from what the web showed, the quality of the material and the style are both good and arrived in about fifteen days.
I hope my luck will hold in future orders.
