Decide on a budget. Decide on how many people you want there. Decide on where you want to have the reception. From there you pick the caterer, florist, baker, DJ. Your venue coordinator would have suggestions on those. Decide if you want a dress. Decide if you want to make your invites (for examples, search for "inviations" on this website) or order them. It's all up to you and what you and your husband want.

First and foremost congrats on your great milestone!  Any reason to get together the family and celebrate is a good reason!  Since you are now able to afford to throw the party of your life, I think jma19's suggestions on setting a budget is a good one.  Deciding on your venue would also be a very important initial step as it will set the tone of your vow renewal and the feel of your overall wedding.  Once you have your venue, you can then look at booking all your vendors.  But remember, your venue should be a reflection of who you and your husband are and would set the tone for the event so don't settle!  Best of luck!
