I just got married on Saturday and have gone through all the gifts and cards with a fine thoothed comb…I have several that didn’t have a card or had a card but no signature. What is the best way to handle this?
The gifts in question are cash and presents from Bed Bath and Beyond.
What’s the best way to find out and if I can’t find out, what is the best way to word things on the thank you cards?

BB&B should be able to track a registry gift. As for the cash, track back your guest list vs. your gift list. Hopefully you don’t have that many missing from either list.

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat: unfortunately the guests didn’t necessarily inform BB&B that it was for a registry for these presents or they weren’t on the registry.
As for the amount of presents/cash/checks we received, it was only about 50% of the guest list so it will be a little hard to find out without asking everyone.

Just a simple, thank you for coming and spending our special day with us. If you are sending everyone a thank you, if you’re only sending them to people you got gifts from, then I’m not sure lol. This happened at our engagement party, and I waited a week and some people mentioned their gifts or asked if we used it yet.

@ithinkpink90: yes, I will be sending thank you cards to everyone who came. hopefully someone will mention their gift, it’s the cash ones that i worry about. i don’t see anyone mentioning cash.
generic thank you for coming etc is what i was going to do, but wanted to ask to see if there was any other way to find out
